Nitron equipped cars continued their assault on the 2010 CSL Cup
at Oulton Park over the weekend.
In Race 1 of 2
Dan Stringfellow took a comfortable victory, and even gave the
reigning Britcar Production Class champion Kevin Clarke a good
fight.
For Race 2 Team Schirmer's Stephen Gill stepped aside for Andrew
Walsh to race in the Invitation Class. Andy is familiar
with Nitron suspension from his Lotus experience, but he just
had a day's testing in the 3-Series. Given Andy's proven
talent at the wheel, he was made to start from the back of the
grid. This certainly didn't phase him, far from it in
fact, 'Walshy' quickly moved through the field and set about
harassing Kevin's GT-R.
